VetUx-C Tablet is a vitamin C supplement for cats and dogs containing 100 mg of ascorbic acid per tablet. Vitamin C contributes to the natural process of collagen formation, to maintaining skin and coat health, to the normal absorption of iron and to the antioxidant balance of cells, and it accompanies the maintenance of a normal urinary pH. Given by mouth, blood levels peak within 8-10 hours. The tablet form makes daily use straightforward at a fixed dose.
